Concierge services can make the lives of seniors easier and help them be independent. They can be an asset to a senior who needs a little help now and then, or to their children who provide care.

Successful relationships with senior clients can be made or broken by your approach to objections. Rather than start with pushing your agenda, carefully craft a strategy that allows you to partner with them.

Aging in place is a term used to describe the act of living in the residence of choice as you age while securing the necessary support & services in response to your changing personal needs.
